All Hallow’s Eve!

Halloween is the celebration held right before All Hallow’s Day in many countries throughout the world. Its name comes from “Hallow-e’en“, the Scottish term for “All Hollow’s Eve”. Though it started originally as part of a Christian celebration, this festivity is now primarily marked by putting on a disguise and asking for candy. Or, if you’re old enough, putting on a costume and partying. Either way, we took to the streets (and bars) of La Antigua Guatemala to check out people’s costumes. Here are some of our favourite ones:
